Be accountable for their actions.

Strive for innovation in service delivery.

Perform their duties lawfully, giving instructions with skill, care, honesty and diligence.

Comply with enactments, regulations, determinations, awards, policies and procedures in the execution of their duties.

Deal with all people courteously, honestly, equally, impartially and in a way sensitive to their rights.

Disclose conflict of interest immediately it becomes apparent.

Conduct themselves in a way which enhances Tandem’s image and reputation.

Respect clients, carers and other staff’s privacy and confidentiality.
